DEBRIEFINGS
After each shoot we encourage our shooters to post a debriefing report. How did you do? How did your team mates do? What did we do right? What did we do wrong? What worked, what failed? How did the weather effect play? Who handed you your butt on a platter, and why?
This helps us learn from our experiences, good and bad. It also stimulates critical thinking, allowing us to better analyze shoots. Because if we do not learn from our mistakes, we are doomed to repeat them. And if we find something that works - we do it again.
All so that we can drive our enemies before us, crushing them underfoot, and listen to the lamentations of their women.
And so we can swap lies later over beer and schnitzel.
